Is everyone as excited for summer as I am? I live for it! The beach, summer reading, the beach, outdoor dining, the beach... and so so much to do in the city. I am cautiously optimistic about some recent activity we have seen... looking at the May numbers (below), the only thing that I see having gone down is the number of days on the market! More sellers have been accepting of the current conditions. More buyers are just tired of waiting, and with the rental market so high and competitive, could this be your time to commit to a purchase? At the risk of sounding like a (VERY) broken record, you date the rate and marry the price.
