The year started off very busy, with my best January ever. What made it extra sweet was that the business was all repeat clients and close referrals. I am SO grateful for that and will continue to work to earn that trust. Always! What I am seeing now as I show properties is that people really want to love their homes, not just live there. Work from home is a big part of that consideration, so sunlight and outdoor spaces are still top selling points.

As you will see from the report below, I am not the only one who had a strong January. Both the average and median prices are up substantially from a year ago.
