Once a contract gets signed, we are dealing with banks, management companies, coop and condo attorneys, and boards. Each individual within those groups has their own list of responsibilities and priorities.
So we wait.
And wait.
And then?
We get the interview/approval/closing date that we needed and suddenly, the hardest part is over! Do we remember the waiting? Not really. We will be on the other side of it.
